The campaign required frequent campaign metric reports and hyper-targeted messaging to generate success on a limited budget.

We worked with artwork provided by SUNY’s creative vendor to build a strategic email campaign. The client provided a large dataset to be cleaned and compiled, and emails needed to be delivered and opened on a strict 6-month timeline to mitigate the onset of student loan payments.
RESULTS
The campaign successfully returned approximately $70 million in revenue to the SUNY system. We sent 21,256 emails with a 25.01% open rate, with many recipients opening the email more than once. An estimated 5,738 students re-enrolled due to the email campaign. At one local community colleges, the re-enrollment rate increased from 1% to 21%.
